In 2002, Mojgan began her burgeoning career with Nelson Shelton and Associates, where she quickly earned a spot in the coveted group of the company’s top 5% of agents.  In 2009, at a time when the majority of construction projects were foreclosing due to the subprime mortgage crisis, Mojgan represented and sold all 19 units of a newly constructed condominium complex.

Mojgan is additionally experienced in construction. In 2013, she began the ground-up construction of a shopping center, which she eventually fully leased out to numerous national tenants.

In just the last few years, Mojgan has overseen more than $20 million in sales and purchases of homes throughout the Los Angeles area.
